  • What are your office hours and how do I make an appointment?

     Please call us for an appointment at 201-313-9844.  Our office hours are Sunday and Monday-Closed, Tue, Thu, Fri.-  10:00 am- 5:00 pm, Wednesday, 10:00 am -6:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 596 Anderson Ave.,  Suite 101  in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. We are conveniently located  approximately 2 miles south of  the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, NJ .

  • Is your building wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, our building has a three-story parking garage with designated handicap parking spots and an elevator to the office building. 

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

    We accept VSP, most Eyemeds, Davis, NVA, VBA and IDA.

  • My eye doctor gave me a prescription for eyeglasses, but I don’t know when my prescription will expire. How do I find out when it will expire?

    In the state of NJ, a prescription from a licensed optometrist will expire two years from the date of issue.

  • I made an appointment , but now I must cancel , how can I do this?

    Please contact us by phone at 201-313-9844 or send a text message.  We will respond as soon as possible.


  • Do you carry eyewear for kids?

    Yes, we offer eyewear for the entire family.


  • I can’t use my phone during the day, can I send a text message?

    Yes, you may send us a text message, and we will respond within twenty-four hours.

  • I want to use my own frames, is this something I can do?

    Yes, this is something you can do. However, after an examination of your existing frames and at the customer's risk of breakage.



  • What if I don’t know what glasses are right for me?

    Our licensed opticians will help you choose a style that is right for your budget, eyewear needs, and overall eye health. 


  • How do I choose the best optical lenses for computer work and driving.

    Based on your prescription, eyewear, and driving conditions, we will evaluate your prescription and provide you with a selection of eyewear for your individual needs.


  • Do you offer insurance or warranty for my eyewear?

    We do not offer insurance for your eyewear. However, we offer a one-year warranty for lens scratches and manufacturer defects on frames (broken springs, parts, etc.) We do not provide a warranty for lost. misuse or damaged frames (ex: running over them with a car, puppy chews, and the use of glue, etc.)




  • How will I know when my glasses will be ready for pickup?

    When your eyewear is ready for pickup, we will reach out to you either by phone or by sending a text message.


  • Do you carry eyewear for sports or protective goggles?

    Yes, we carry specialized eyewear, please contact us for more information.
